30-day returns
Request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, in original condition and original packaging. Contact us first with your order number and reason for authorization. Authorized returns go to our company address in France. You pay return shipping for a change of mind; we cover return shipping for our errors, damaged or defective items. No restocking fee.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and available photos. We cover return shipping for damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied items. The unused and original-packaging requirements for change-of-mind returns do not restrict these claims.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect a return, we determine approval. Once approved, your refund will be returned automatically to the original payment method within 10 calendar days. There is no restocking fee.
