Prices are in USD. Product options, dimensions and materials are described on individual product pages. Screen settings may affect color appearance. Review your chosen product and delivery details before submitting payment.
Payment authorization
When you submit a payment through an available payment service, you authorize the stated charge to your selected payment method. Payment processing is subject to the applicable payment service terms.
Orders
An order is accepted when we communicate acceptance. A payment authorization or submission alone does not establish order acceptance. Contact us if you need assistance with an order; these terms do not add cancellation fees or refund deductions.
Shipping
Free shipping to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated total: 4–6 business days; not a delivery guarantee. Order cutoff: 07:00 PM, fixed GMT−06:00 (Central Standard Time; Chicago reference), with no daylight-saving adjustment. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Processing begins on the order day for orders before cutoff, or the next business day for orders after cutoff, on weekends or holidays.
Returns & refunds
Request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, in original condition and original packaging. Contact us first with your order number and reason for authorization. Authorized returns go to our company address in France. You pay return shipping for a change of mind; we cover return shipping for our errors, damaged or defective items. No restocking fee. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 calendar days.
